Siamo alla ricerca di una giovane risorsa da inserire nel nostro team come International Sales & Customer Service. La posizione occupa un ruolo cruciale nel coordinare le richieste dei nostri clienti in aree come Stati Uniti, Francia e America Latina. All’interno dell’ufficio commerciale, potrai relazionarti con i vari reparti aziendali e affinare le tue capacità organizzative e di problem solving.
Non è necessaria esperienza pregressa. Crediamo nella formazione sul campo e nel valore aggiunto di dare ai giovani talenti gli strumenti per eccellere.
Some examples of your activities:
Gestire le richieste dei clienti, confrontandoti con l’ufficio tecnico, per fornire assistenza;
Dovrai formulare offerte e seguire l’intero iter di vendita fino alla spedizione;
Supporto al Direttore Commerciale nella gestione di trattative commerciali B2B;
Assistenza al cliente fino al post-vendita;
Oltre ai clienti diretti, sarai responsabile della comunicazione con gli agenti esteri: ti confronterai con loro via email e telefono per scambiare informazioni e gestire al meglio le richieste dei clienti.
What we're looking for
Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese (C1-C2);
Conoscenza avanzata della lingua francese (C1);
Buone capacità di lavorare in team;
Precisione;
Capacità di gestire e organizzare le varie richieste;
Laurea triennale o magistrale in lingue.
Conoscenza avanzata dello spagnolo rappresenta un plus.
Automunito.
RAL indicativa 29-30 K (la retribuzione esatta può variare in base a competenze ed esperienza). CCNL metalmeccanica + ticket + premio annuale.
Selection process
Our personnel selection process consists of three main stages.
