Siamo alla ricerca di un Front-end Web Developer junior o con esperienza intermedia da inserire nel nostro team di sviluppo. La persona selezionata si occuperà di sviluppare interfacce web intuitive e responsive utilizzando HTML, CSS e JavaScript, collaborando con i designer UI/UX e gli sviluppatori backend per trasformare i requisiti in soluzioni funzionali e accattivanti. Lavorerai in un ambiente dinamico in cui avrai l'opportunità di crescere, sperimentare framework moderni come Angular e React e contribuire al miglioramento continuo della nostra piattaforma web.
Some examples of your activities:
• Sviluppare e mantenere interfacce web responsive utilizzando HTML, CSS e JavaScript.
• Collaborare con i designer UX/UI e gli sviluppatori backend per implementare nuove funzionalità.
• Ottimizzare le applicazioni per prestazioni e usabilità su diversi dispositivi e browser.
• Partecipare alle code review e contribuire alla definizione di standard e best practice di sviluppo front-end.
• Esplorare e integrare nuovi framework e librerie front-end (come Angular o React) per migliorare la nostra piattaforma.
What we're looking for
• Laurea in informatica, ingegneria informatica o discipline affini; in alternativa almeno 2 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo front-end.
• Buona conoscenza di HTML5, CSS3 e JavaScript.
• Familiarità con framework JavaScript come Angular o React costituisce un plus.
• Capacità di realizzare layout responsive e compatibili con i principali browser.
• Conoscenza delle best practice di sviluppo front-end, strumenti di versionamento (Git) e metodologie Agile.
• Ottime capacità comunicative, di collaborazione e problem solving.
Selection process
Our personnel selection process consists of three main stages.

Following that, we will arrange either a video call or an in-person meeting to further explore your candidacy and get to know each other better. This is an important moment for both parties as it allows us to determine if you are the right fit for the role and if our company aligns with your expectations.
Finally, if your candidacy remains suitable, there will be a meeting where you will be presented with the employment contract and all the terms of the working relationship.
