Tempo determinato per 12 mesi poi rinnovo a tempo indeterminato. Contratto full time in presenza.
Dopo un periodo di formazione, dove avrai modo di conoscere il funzionamento e la logica delle macchine, affiancherai il responsabile dell’assistenza. Dovrai occuparti della gestione delle richieste di assistenza da parte dei clienti, della stesura e aggiornamento delle procedure di supporto, della preparazione e collaudo di kit forniti in assistenza.

In quanto After Sales da te ci aspettiamo:
Conoscenza e capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici;
Formazione tecnica in ambito elettrico/elettronico e informatico;
Capacità organizzative e di problem solving per analizzare le problematiche segnalate dai clienti e sapersi interfacciare con i colleghi degli altri reparti;
Spiccate doti relazionali, gestionali e massima dedizione alla cura del cliente;
Disponibilità a trasferte sia in Italia che all’estero;
Ottima conoscenza dei più comuni pacchetti operativi informatici;
Ottime capacità in ambito informatico.

Conoscenza avanzata della lingua italiana (soprattutto scritta).
Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese (B2 o superiore).
Richiesta serietà, dinamismo, e buona disposizione al lavoro di gruppo con colleghi e superiori. Al candidato entusiasta e capace offriamo una valida opportunità di crescita.
Selection process
